Maddox and Ophelia marked the third generation of the Hendrix family. Maddox, the youngest and often seen as the black sheep of the family, chose an unconventional path and became a mortician. It was in this line of work that he met his future wife, Ophelia. After some time, Ophelia decided to shift gears and pursued a career as a medium. Together, they raised four daughters: Sparrow, twin girls Soleil and Stella (just like in the first generation), and their youngest, Sage.

Sparrow had a tumultuous relationship with Brad, a man everyone warned her about. Despite his reputation as a sleaze, Sparrow couldn’t resist him and ignored the advice of her loved ones. After spending a lot of time with Brad, Sparrow suspected she was pregnant. In response, Brad reluctantly married her, hoping to avoid further complications. However, the marriage was built on shaky ground—he continued to cheat, though Sparrow remained unaware.

 

Eventually, Sparrow did become pregnant for real and gave birth to their son, Valor. True to his character, Brad wasn’t even present for the birth, as he was off cheating with someone else. Thankfully, Ophelia and Sparrow’s aunt Jayde stood by her side during Valor’s arrival. Over the years, Sparrow raised her son largely on her own, enduring Brad’s infidelity until she finally discovered the truth. Wasting no time, Sparrow ended their toxic marriage and divorced him.
